What is a preorder?
Preorders allow you to purchase upcoming King Kloset designs before they arrive in hand. Preorder items are made after the preorder closes and are not ready to ship immediately.

How long do preorders take?
Our estimated turnaround time is 4–6 weeks after the preorder closes, unless otherwise stated. Turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by production, holidays, customs, or shipping delays.

Where can I check the status of my preorder?
Visit our Preorder Hub for updates on current and previous preorder rounds. We’ll update each round as it moves through production and shipping.

Can I order Ready to Ship and preorder items together?
We recommend placing separate orders for Ready to Ship and preorder items. If they are purchased together, your entire order may be held until all items are available to ship.

Can I cancel a preorder?
Because preorder quantities are submitted based on customer orders, preorder purchases are generally considered final once the preorder has closed.

What does Ready to Ship mean?
Ready to Ship (RTS) items are already in hand at King Kloset and do not require preorder production time.

How quickly do Ready to Ship orders ship?
Ready to Ship orders are typically packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days. During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

When will I receive tracking?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been packaged and a shipping label has been created.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of King Kloset's control. If something doesn't look right with your tracking, please reach out and we'll help however we can.

How does King Kloset & Co. bamboo fit?
Our bamboo is designed to be soft, stretchy, and comfortable. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering for specific sizing information.

What are your pajamas made from?
Our bamboo pieces are made from 95% viscose from bamboo and 5% spandex, unless otherwise noted on the individual product listing.

How should I wash my King Kloset bamboo?
For the best results:

• Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.
  
• Wash with similar fabrics and colors.
  
• Use only non-chlorine bleach when necessary.
  
• Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry.
  
• Avoid high heat to help preserve the softness, stretch, and print.
  

Are your pajamas flame resistant?
Our sleepwear is not treated with flame-retardant chemicals. Children's sleepwear should be worn snug-fitting in accordance with applicable safety requirements.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Please double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before checking out. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been submitted.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our small-batch and preorder collections, policies may vary by item. Please review our return policy before purchasing. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
